Bursts, feeding & Sparks
Every Burst gives you a choice: feed it to your pet for growth, or convert it to Sparks and spend them in the Spark Store.
Three kinds of Burst, earned three different ways. Feeding a Burst gives an instant push toward your pet's next stage (growth from Bursts is capped at 10% of the current stage per day, shared across all three types and resetting at local midnight). Converting instead trades that growth for Sparks, a currency spent on cosmetic extras like world effects and wearable items in the Spark Store. Sparks can also be bought directly, gated behind parental authentication.
Workout Burst
Earned from a tracked, formal workout. The biggest growth boost, and worth the most Sparks.
Activity Burst
Earned from everyday movement: a brisk walk, stairs, or anything that gets your heart rate up for a few minutes.
Brain Burst
Earned by winning a Brain Boost mini-game. Smallest boost, but games are quick and there are 9 of them.
Feeding & Pet Growth
Feed earned Bursts to your pet for an instant growth boost (capped at 10% of the stage per day).
Spark Store
Where converted Bursts go: World Effects, 7 wands, real-money Spark packs, and the parental gate that guards them.
