What to do when your pet shows question marks.
What it looks like
A confused pet appears sleepy and grey, with question marks floating in their thought bubble. It's a signal that something needs your attention, not a real mood.
Why it happens
Your pet needs access to your Health data to know how active you've been. If that access is turned off (accidentally or after an iOS update), your pet stops receiving activity data and enters the confused state.
How to fix it
Open the Settings app, go to Health → Data Access & Devices → WatchieBesti, and make sure all permissions are enabled. Once access is restored, your pet will return to their normal self within a few minutes.
